Refunds may be processed only if a cancellation request is approved before production or dispatch. If the order has already been processed, manufactured, or shipped, refunds will not be applicable.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. The refund timeline may vary depending on banking procedures and international transaction processing.
If products are received damaged or do not match the agreed specifications, customers must inform us within a reasonable timeframe along with supporting documentation such as photographs or inspection reports. Our team will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
As most of our orders involve bulk manufacturing and international shipments, cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the contract terms agreed upon during order confirmation.
